How to OrderYour order for training resources can be placed in either of the following ways: a. Via Telephone by calling either Phil or Janette on 01491 411061. b. Via Fax on 01491 411531. c. Via Email to JanetteF@openmind-learning.co.uk d. Online - you will be asked to confirm your purchase, which will then be sent through to us, there is no online payment facility. Once your order has been received, together with your reference, it will be processed and expected delivery details and final costs will be confirmed to you. We do not have a secure online payment facility, in order to facilitate payment by credit card we will telephone/email you once your order is ready for despatch and take your card details personally. Please note that payment via American Express and Diners Cards incur a surcharge of 5% of order value. Initial orders are payable in advance via cheque, second and subsequent orders can be invoiced under our 30 day terms. Please speak direct to either Phil or Janette should you wish to open a credit account with Open Mind Limited. All orders are subject to VAT at the current rate, if applicable, and a postage and packaging charge, your total order value inclusive of both will be confirmed to you. |
