Build Your Own Learning Library - or update your existing centre

Despite the growth in e-learning, there is still a great demand  for DVDs, audio programmes and books, which staff can borrow  or use in a Learning Centre.

Maybe you don't have an intranet, or your staff don't have easy access to a PC, or perhaps they just prefer to learn in other ways.  Maybe staff spend a lot of time travelling and could use this "dead"  time to read or to listen to an audio programme, or even to watch a DVD or CD-ROM on a laptop.

Having your own in-company Learning Centre gives you the flexibility to train staff when they need it, and re-usable learning resources can often give you a better return on investment than a one-off course. A Learning Centre can be a room or it can be a glass-fronted cabinet displaying a range of books and a handful of DVDs and CD-ROMs.
