Recent research from the CBI shows a high level of dissatisfaction amongst employers with young peoples' basic employability skills. The research also found that the main reasons why many young people fall down in job interviews are very simple - things like punctuality, the ability to organise and present themselves properly, a lack of basic research into the job or company, and a negative attitude to work. This new programme diagnoses many of these common problems and prescribes remedies which will improve young people's chances of getting a job.
